The Healthplex Sports Club's award-winning group fitness program is designed to meet the goals, activity levels, and schedules of every club member!

We offer more than 150 FREE Group Fitness classes per week including Barre, Pilates, Red Hot Dance Fitness, Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, and more. You can enjoy free Small Group Training classes like TRX and Cardio Kick with your membership too.
