Amanda Vogel

Amanda studied Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Cabrini University. She has a Senior Fitness Specialization and will soon be a Certified Personal Trainer through the National College of Sports Medicine. Amanda enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities and she is committed to helping her clients succeed. Dedicating most of her time to the Wellness Center here at the Healthplex, Amanda provides safe and effective exercise programs for all participants. Her goal is to apply her experiences and knowledge to help others better their lives through fitness.

Andrew Urion

Andrew is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer; USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach; and a USAC Level 3 Cycling Coach. He has been a trainer for 9 years in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area, training clients from weight loss to Ironman triathlons. On top of being a trainer Andrew is also a four-time Ironman triathlon competitor, runner, and cyclist and has also competed as an amateur boxer. After suffering a stroke in 2005, Andrew made a full recovery and believes that his commitment to fitness is why he is walking today. He has competed in 3 Ironman triathlons since.

Brittany Darras

Brittany is a certified personal trainer. She also holds certifications in Spinning (Level II Instructor), TRX, Barre, and Flip Fitness. Brittany has been teaching fitness classes for the past 10 years and has also mixed in some personal training with her clients. Brittany believes that personal training is an investment in yourself, therefore she does not take training programs for her clients lightly. She enjoys working with clients who are new to training, those who are returning to the world of fitness, and those who are seasoned in strength and endurance conditioning. Brittany believes personal training should be goal driven, and she works carefully to ensure clear goals and objectives are established for each individual she works with. She will design a detailed plan to help you meet your fitness goals with an emphasis on form and function, all while keeping you motivated and inspired to progress in your fitness journey. She enjoys the personal relationships built during one-on-one sessions with her clients, but especially loves conducting buddy sessions and using the energy among friends to get through challenging workouts. Carley Cuellar 

Carley holds a B.A. Human Biology: Anthropology from Temple University. She is a American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and has joined the Personal Training field to encourage and educate people on exercise and healthy living. Carley started out as a Group Fitness Instructor, teaching LES MILLS™ BODYPUMP® and has since become an LES MILLS™ Advanced Instructor, after completing the AIM 1 & AIM 2 for BODYPUMP®. With continuing education, Carley hopes to soon become a LES MILLS™ Elite Instructor. Carley is also TRX LEVEL 3 RANK | GRAY Trainer, having completed qualifications in TRX STC, TRX GTC, TRX FTC, and TRX AGTC. She is on the path to becoming a TRX Master Trainer.

With Carley you will learn that fitness can and should be a positive experience. She is passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve their personal goals and change their lives in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment. She emphasizes proper form and technique so that you can get the most out of your workouts.

DuMaine Corbin

DuMaine studied Exercise Science at Bryan University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He specialized in corrective exercise, along with speed and agility training as a Track & Field coach for many years. DuMaine has also worked with several different populations. He is always positive, filled with affirming words, and dedicated to helping his clients build the confidence needed to meet their fitness goals while educating and inspiring them to exceed self-imposed limitations.

Emily MacCart

Emily has a B.S. in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from SUNY (State University of New York) Cortland. Emily is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Personal Trainer. She is also a Group Exercise Instructor here at the Healthplex and holds certifications in Les Mills BodyPump, Cardio Sport, and Jillian Michaels Bodyshred. Emily works with all types of clientele ranging from athletes requiring sport specific training to individuals needing to focus on corrective exercise. Using her knowledge and expertise she coaches members on the proper technique and execution of an exercise which guarantees her clients are getting maximum benefits while also reaching their full potential. Emily recently developed a high-intensity training program here at the Healthplex called “Xtreme Training Camp”, where she instructs those looking for a cutting edge, hardcore type of workout. She takes pride in motivating her clients to push themselves so they can take their fitness to the next level, helping them reach their exercise goals.

Eric Euganeo

Eric has a B.S in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness from Cabrini College. He is pursuing a career in the field of Nursing and will soon be certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His expertise includes working with people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. He uses his creativity to design new and exciting exercises that will improve your level of fitness, increase your overall quality of life, and allow you to live a healthier lifestyle. His mission is to improve muscular strength and endurance by strengthening the core and improving flexibility. He also does sports specific training along with teaching running mechanics, speed, agility and quickness.

Jess Lowy

Jess received her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University and is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Her specialty is working with adults who have various chronic conditions such as heart disease, obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis. She especially enjoys working with individuals who are new to exercise. “It is a joy to see how people are amazed at what they can accomplish physically.” Jess trains residents at Plush Mills retirement community in addition to training full-time at the Healthplex Sports Club.

Kurt Honas

Kurt earned his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University. Some of his interests include strength training, biomechanics, dieting and athletics. In the future, Kurt hopes to pursue a career in physical therapy and firmly believes his experience in various clinics, gyms, and labs have helped shape the person he is today. Whether it is one-on-one or group fitness, Kurt’s unique training style will ensure satisfaction with every workout. His enthusiastic personality aims to accommodate people of all ages and conditions. Proper exercise and nutrition are key essentials that can be expected when working with Kurt.

Maria Sykorova Pritz

Maria has an extensive background in functional fitness, pain management and aquatic fitness. Her unique training methods involve the integration of multidisciplinary techniques in order to achieve overall health and optimized performance. Based on the needs of her client, Maria combines water and land-based exercises into his/her program to achieve the best results. With 25 years of working experience, Maria is known as a motivator and educator. Having a group fitness or personalized training session with Maria is a truly life-changing experience.

Sean Mayo

Sean has a B.S in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness from Cabrini University. He will soon be certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Sean was a student-athlete at Cabrini where he was a part of the nationally ranked Men's Basketball team. He enjoys working with all populations. He is experienced in sports and agility training, basketball training, and overall health training. Sean is dedicated to improving the quality of life for each and every one of his clients.

Steve Battista

Steve is a Certified Personal Trainer and American Kettlebell Lifting Coach and has been involved in the fitness field for over 10 years. He is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has vast experience in functional movement exercise. Steve is also an expert in one of the hottest fitness trends on the market, the TRX Suspension Trainer, and has experience as a Flip Fitness Instructor. As a personal trainer, he has helped individuals with all aspects of fitness including kettlebell training, prenatal and post-partum exercise, as well as overall workout design and planning. William Sutton

William is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and the World Instructor Training School Program. He has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Some of his specialties include strength training, body toning, and weight loss. His main focus is on helping clients achieve their goals to live a healthy lifestyle. A positive attitude and energized personality help William motivate his clients to strive towards success and positive results with their fitness program.
