Working out with a Healthplex Sports Club personal trainer is one of the best ways to achieve the results you want. Our trainers create customized exercise programs based on your individual needs then guide you through the exercises using the proper form and technique.
Whether you prefer individual, team, or small-group sessions, our experienced and dedicated personal trainers provide the highest levels of attention, motivation, and education to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
Every member of our personal training team is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, or the American College of Sports Medicine. Our trainers have also passed a rigorous in-house certification process.
Boxing is a great way to develop a strong core, toned muscles, cardio endurance, and overall coordination. Boxing training is available in One on One, Two on One (buddy training), or Small Group (max 6) sessions.
Small Group Fitness
