New Class Alert: "Strong 45" Begins Thursday, August 1 at 5:30 p.m. Stop Counting the Reps & Start Training to the Beat!

Join us for Strong, a brand new class at the Healthplex featuring a high-intensity cardio program with a focus on body weight and plyometric exercises. 

STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Strong 45
Strong 45 will be a regular feature on the Healthplex Group Fitness Schedule starting in August 2019. Class is 45 mins. in length and will be held Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. in Fitness Studio 1 with Ivori. Be sure to join us for this exciting new class.
