The Healthplex is Now Offering Pickleball!
What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players (singles or doubles) use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net. Though it is a bit easier to play than tennis, players are sure to get a great workout.
